I just did the most recent update, and now I can’t duplicate art boards or layers. Two days ago I could right click and easily duplicate anything - did this feature move? Disappear? Either way I’m frustrated - help!

We understand your frustration, we are already aware of the lack of duplicate function on the right click menu. We will work to bring it back.
Meanwhile you still can duplicate layers by swiping to the left (also on MacOS) see screenshot.
As for artboards you can simply use the shortcut CMD + D.
