So sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues with Vectornator. We’ll be sure to look into the matter but would be very appreciative if you could provide any further details where possible such as:

  • Do you notice any actions/tools which trigger a crash?
  • Do you know if particular files are impacted (such as SVG files or files that were originally downloaded from/created within a specific source)?
  • I see that you’re currently running iOS 14.3. Due to its processing demands, Vectornator will operate most successfully on more recent operating systems. Is there a possibility that you could update your OS and let me know if that improves matters?
