I have a logo project that want to export for various purposes, including Instagram and iOS, but I do not want to have to create a new artboard and resize my logo for each artboard. Since this is a vector-based app, why can’t I simply duplicate and export my project to whatever size I need without having to go through multiple steps?

Duplicating and resizing the artboard is the only workaround we can suggest you at the moment.
