My name is Helen and I’m the Customer Happiness Specialist here at Vectornator. I’m originally from Ireland but currently live in Berlin just like a lot of the team. You may wonder what does ‘Customer Happiness Specialist’ mean? Basically it means that it’s my job to solve any issues you may have and deliver your feedback to the relevant teams whether that’s bug reports feature requests or anything in between
