Layer stuck on art board, cannot interact or delete

Hi,

I have recently found a bug which made a layer stuck on the art board. I couldn’t interact with it or delete it.

The drawing stayed on even though I have deleted that layer.

I’ve seen this sometimes too, getting “ghost” objects stuck on the canvas. Typically closing and reopening the document is enough to fix it.

Thanks for your suggestion, however, closing and re-opening the documents didn’t do anything.

But I noticed that the ‘ghost’ object was stuck on the “Background” layer so simply deleting that layer would fix the problem. Lucky me that I haven’t done much work on that layer.
