I think Vectornator should have the settings to change the pressure curve. Whether a graph (like most other pen enabled apps) or a min and max value (like Concepts). I, personally tend to like cutting off the maximum, which I find too heavy.
While, on the desktop users can just use the driver, iPad users don’t have that option.
