Short hex colours are parsed incorrectly

When using the colour picker to manually key in a hexadecimal colour code, short codes (e.g #333) are incorrectly parsed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enter the hex colour #333 into the colour picker.
  2. Observe that instead of changing to the expected #333333, this is incorrectly expanded to #000333.

Device Information

  • iPad 6th Generation
  • iOS 15.1
  • Vectornator 4.4.2

Note: This only seems to happen in the UI, importing a file with short codes appears to work fine.
