I am trying to export a project as a timelapse. The timelapse page takes a long time to open and then gets stuck on File size: estimating for a very long time.
I understand that the artboard is very large but it would be nice to have some indication of progress.
The size of the file is less than 40MB mentioned in the link below (30.2MB at last check when the problem was still present) so should be below the iPad’s limit for timelapse. How long should I expect to wait for an export option to be available for a file like this?
So sorry to hear about this issue and I’d be happy to look into it for you. Would you mind providing the details regarding the device you’re using, OS and Vectornator version? Would you mind also letting me know whether you can export time-lapses of other files or is just this one being impacted?
