The software is freezing when i try to import files and images and furthermore after i finish my art i am not able to save anything. The software just freezes and nothing happens. Please solve this issue asap .

Do you notice these issues happening on all files/images you try to work with or just particular ones?
If the latter, please forward one such file to us for testing purposes. It would also be extremely helpful if you could also provide a crash report - you can find this by going to Console app → Crash Reports and selecting the .ips file from the time you experienced the issue.
