what does the percent on the corner radius mean for unclosed line segments?

how do I make multiple right angles along a line segment all have the same rounded corner radius? the percent seems to equate to different sizes depending on how many vertices are selected or if the corners are bordered by other rounded corners already.

I’m looking for a way to consistently change the size of the corner ratio no matter how many vertices are selected on a line feature. The corner radius only seems to be in pts if the shape is closed.

Thank you for the video. So now it works that way, but we have plans to improve it in future updates.

Is there an update or estimated timeline for this plan? working with v4.12.1 and it doesn’t appear to be fixed yet.
