Vectornator exports to JPG, PNG, PDF (vector), SVG, and AI (and a direct Save Image to the Photos app, which I think is another JPEG option).

Photoshop on iPad supports adding an image in PSD, PSB, TIFF, JPG, and PNG formats.

So, JPG and PNG are probably your best formats (personally, I’d select PNG).

Photoshop on Mac supports a much larger range of image formats.

Again, PNG is good for single-layer images.
It might be worth trying PDF to see if multiple layers are supported.
